Weekly Meditation Practice on Wednesdays at Mystikal Scents
Our weekly meditation practice consists of varied types of meditation common in Tibetan Buddhism, appropriate for beginning or more intermediate practitioners. We alternate weekly between traditional Tibetan Sadhana practices, and less formal Dharma discussions including meditation.
Tea is served at 7pm and our practice begins at 7:30pm. All levels of practitioners are welcome and represented among our group.

Tibetan Buddhist Meditation Class Plant City
Tibetan Buddhist Meditation has come to Plant City. We are covering the basics of meditation according to Tibetan Buddhist principles and the most basic teachings of Buddhism. There are often classes called Buddhism 101, but since I am not a college-level teacher, think of this as “Buddhism Pre-K.” We are currently covering the Four Noble Truths.
The class is led by Venerable Konchok Jangchup Dorje of Katsel Meditation Tampa.
